About Professor Burleigh:
Miss Caroline Burleigh has served in the education field for the past 10 years. Prior to coming to BBC, she served on the faculty at Portsmouth Christian Academy in Dover, N.H. Miss Burleigh uses the experiences she gained as an elementary teacher to supervise, teach, and mentor future teachers in the Elementary Education program.

1. What is your favorite book?
“Desiring God” by John Piper.

2. What are your hobbies?
 I love to read, hike, bike, and spend time at the ocean.

3. Who has been your greatest spiritual influence?
My parents.

4. What goals do you have for your students?         
First, that they would love God with all their heart, soul, and mind (Mt. 22:37). Secondly, that they would become teachers of excellence who become change agents in the schools they serve due to their passion for teaching and passion for students.
