About Ronda:
Known by “her” girls as “Mama Ronda,” she loves the ministry she’s had over her nine years in Fletcher Hall. Her husband Allen, or "Daddy Al" as he is known by the girls in the dorm, enjoys interacting with students both in the dorm and through his role as Registrar. The Dreyer kids have lots of fun getting to know the girls and think it's pretty cool to have so many older sisters. Ronda also serves as part-time secretary for the Music Department. In her down-time, she loves to read Christian Fiction and crochet.

History of Fletcher
Elizabeth B. Fletcher served as one of Baptist Bible Seminary’s original full-time professors. Though she filled many roles throughout her years at BBS, her greatest contribution was in the area of missions. Known as a strict but deeply compassionate teacher, Miss Fletcher was loved and respected by her students and fellow faculty members as well. She retired in 1956 after 25 years of service. Fletcher Hall is named in her honor.

  • Fletcher strives to foster a family atmosphere. Residents of Fletcher Hall are encouraged to look out for one another as members of a large but closely-knit family. Last year’s dorm apparel emphasized this sentiment with the slogan “I got your back.”
