Nestled among the hills in suburban Clarks Summit, our campus consists of over 121 acres of beautiful, Pennsylvanian woodland. Our four-acre pond affords opportunities for canoeing, fishing, and ice-skating. You’ll love playing sports on our outdoor tennis and basketball courts, soccer field, and baseball diamond.

The buildings

Jackson Hall
Jackson Hall’s unique architecture beautifully reflects its rich history. Once the main academic building of the Venard Maryknoll Preparatory College, Jackson Hall now houses the Murphy Memorial Library, our administrative offices, mail center, computer lab, science lab, and most of our classrooms.

The Phelps Student Center
Named after long-time BBC trustee Russell Phelps, the Phelps Student Center is a focal point of campus activity. It contains our gymnasium, weight room, cardio room, training room, locker rooms, cafeteria, game room, snack bar, and stage. Many student activities, athletic events, and theatrical productions, not to mention daily chapel services and meals, take place in the student center.

The residence halls
More than four-fifths of our undergraduate students live on campus in BBC’s 12 residence halls. Each three-floor hall is made up of three-bedroom, one-bath suites designed for six students. Buildings include a laundry room, the Resident Director’s apartment, and three lounges where students can enjoy socializing, floor devos, group study sessions, and more.

Buckingham Hall
BBC’s oldest building houses our Music Department. Besides its main classroom and faculty offices, Buckingham boasts several well-equipped practice rooms for pianists and other up and coming musicians.

The Bookstore
The bookstore offers students a convenient place to purchase textbooks, Christian music and literature, Bibles, BBC apparel and memorabilia, and various school supplies.

The Underground Café
Transformed from an old apple and tool storage shed to a trendy coffee shop, the Underground Café is a favorite among BBC students and staff.
