Glenn Amos

Glenn Amos was born in Weymouth, MA, and grew up in Cherry Hill , NJ . He and his wife Jane have three children: Luke, Abby, and John Mark. Glenn has earned a Master of Ministry degree and has served in full-time youth ministry for over 32 years. He enjoys South Jersey cheese steak hoagies and supporting all Philadelphian sports teams. His favorite Bible passage is Psalm 40:1-3: "I waited patiently for the Lord; he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the Lord." He has served in BBC Admissions since 1993.
Michelle Hammaker

Michelle Hammaker was born in Harrisburg , PA, and grew up in Mechanicsburg, PA. She was raised in a Christian home from the time she was seven. She is the only girl, smack in the middle of two boys, and loves spending time with her family. Michelle is a graduate of BBC and has completed some post-graduate work. Currently, she serves on the missions committee and as facilitator for a ladies Bible study at Heritage Baptist Church . She also works with the two- and three-year-olds Sunday school class.. On campus, she enjoys her role as the Resident Director of Carter Hall. Favorite activities include spending time with people, reading a good novel, going to the beach, painting, and scrapbooking. Her favorite Bible passage is Psalm 73:26,28: "My flesh and my heart may fail; but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. But as for me, the nearness of God is my good; I have made the Lord God my refuge, that I may tell of all Your works." She has served in Admissions since 2000.
Andy Giessman

Andy Giessman was born in New York City and grew up as an only child in Vestal, NY. His dad was a professional firefighter and his mom a housewife. He and his wife Becky have been married since June 1993. Andy graduated from BBC in 2000 and is pursuing a Master’s degree at BBS. He has been involved with music ministries most of his life. He has also been in youth ministry for several years and enjoys preaching and teaching. Favorite activities include putting models together, and reading theology, apologetics, and military history and biographies. Andy’s favorite Bible passage is Acts 20:24: "However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me – the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace." He began working for Admissions in 1997, and spent two years as a youth pastor before returning to Admissions.
Errol Morgan

Errol Morgan was born in Brooklyn , NY, and grew up in Montclair , NJ . He and his wife Dorcas, both graduates of BBC, have three sons: Nathan, Caleb, and Samuel. Errol received his undergraduate degree with an emphasis on youth ministry, and plans to graduate from BBS with a Master of Ministry degree.. Errol served as a youth pastor for 10 years and also worked with his church’s recreation ministries. Favorite activities include playing basketball and Ultimate Frisbee, watching cartoons, and wrestling with his boys. His favorite Bible passage is 1 Peter 2:9: “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.” He has served in Admissions since 2007.
Michael Butash

Michael Butash was born in Scranton , PA, and has lived in Northeast Pennsylvania his entire life. Michael married his wife Karrie, a BBC graduate and now full-time mother to their daughter Kylie, in 2006. Michael has a B.A. in Communications and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Biblical Ministries at BBGS. When in college, he started a Christian radio show called, “The Truth.” He also served as a co-leader in worship and organization of Baptist Bible Fellowship youth group in Madison Township, PA. He currently assists in leading Sunday worship at his church. Favorite activities include playing guitar, hanging out with his wife and daughter, fishing, and hiking. His favorite Bible passage is Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight..” He has served in Admissions since January 2008 and is an avid New York Giants fan.
Geoff Ellsworth

Geoff was born in Scranton, PA, but spent most of his life in Southern California. He and his wife Susan (a California native) have two children – a 15-year-old son (Connor), and a 12-year-old daughter (BayLynn). Geoff has served as a youth pastor and as a worship and arts pastor for the last 16 years in two churches in Southern California, most recently at Grace Church of Glendora for the last decade. Geoff loves just about all kinds of music, weather, food (except olives), plants, and animals (especially the mammal, bird and fish varieties, and would own two of each if he was allowed). He also loves spending time with his family, especially if it involves being outdoors, riding motorcycles or bicycles, and playing soccer, tennis or basketball. Geoff’s passions are the local church and development of spiritual leaders, especially in the area of corporate worship. Geoff has many favorite verses, but the first one that comes to mind and what he considers to be the most radical verse for us in all of Scripture is Proverbs 3:5, 6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths.”

Summer Kinder was born and raised in Columbus, OH, where at a young age several very special individuals sought her out and led her to know and love Jesus Christ. She attended Bowling Green State University and Ohio State University before arriving as BBC in fall 2001. She has two brothers and two sisters (all younger), an adorable niece who is the object of her utmost affection, an amazing adoptive family in Clarks Summit, and a cute little puppy. Summer joined Admissions in 2008 and has loved every minute of it. Though her name is Summer, her favorite season is fall for a variety of reasons: back to school, cooler temps, hoodies, and of course – being from Columbus – Buckeye Football. She enjoys being involved in student ministries with both teens and elementary-age students. One of her favorite passages is Lamentations 3:22-26: “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, ‘The Lord is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.’ The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord.”

Dorcas Morgan was born in Jamestown, NY, and grew up at a Christian youth camp in Spring Creek, PA. She earned her bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Counseling from BBC in 1992, and married the most popular guy on campus. She and her husband Errol now have three very active boys. She spent 10 years involved in ministry as a youth pastor’s wife. Favorite activities include reading, sewing, and spending time with her family. She is also a Dallas Cowboys fan, causing some tension in the house whenever they play her husband’s favorite team – the New York Giants. Her favorite Bible passage is Philippians 4:6: “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.” Dorcas has served in Admissions since July 2008.
